Buyers & Sellers, did you know that "Dual Agency" is not restricted to when a Lisitng Agent shows the property to a prospective Buyer? It also comes into play when any agent is showing any property to multiple prospective Buyers, regardless if they are the listing agent or not. Is your agent disclosing to you their role in the transaction properly? What happens if they show it to more than one buyer and they all want to make an offer on it? Who do they counsel and advise? What are some of your thoughts on this process as Buyers and Sellers. Please put all responses here. I would enjoy knowing what many of you are thinking.
